Membership

TrueSecret is a members-only beauty club. Membership is offered at our discretion, and we may verify eligibility, for example by asking student applicants to upload a valid college ID. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only when we accept it, and we may cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse. Orders are fulfilled and paid for through our commerce partner, Shopify, and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping and returns

We offer free shipping and free returns on eligible orders. Delivery timelines are estimates. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging within the return window shown at checkout.

Vouchers and offers

Vouchers and member prices have no cash value, may have minimum order requirements or expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless stated. We may withdraw offers that are misused.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, submit false documents, or interfere with the site or app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The TrueSecret name, logo, content and design belong to Marronbells LLP or its licensors. Brand names and images of third-party products belong to their respective owners.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrueSecret is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
